One World Trade Center is the primary building of the new World Trade Center complex in New York City's Lower Manhattan and is the tallest building in the United States. The 104-story super tall skyscraper stands on the northwest corner of the 16-acre (6.5 ha) World Trade Center site. The tower's steel structure topped out on August 30, 2012. On May 10, 2013, the final component of the skyscraper's spire was installed, making One World Trade Center the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere and the fourth-tallest skyscraper in the world by pinnacle height.

Documentary was produced about 4 years before NIST finally came up with the own collapse initiation hypothesis for WTC 7 in Aug. 2008, dismissing FEMA-BPAT's idea of transfer structures failure at floors 5-7 due to diesel fires as collapse cause.

The construction industry in the UAE has seen a boom in recent years but, as buildings have gone up at breakneck speed, questions are being asked about safety standards.
A fatal fire in a Qatari shopping mall in May killed 19 people, and a series of high profile tower block blazes in the region have prompted authorities to revise fire regulations.
Simon Atkinson reports on the challenges for a safety industry trying to keep up with rapid construction.
